Terms of use

Revu is a portal for editors, creators and agencies to deliver videos to their clients, collect timestamped feedback and get deliverables approved. These terms govern use of the service.

The service is for professionals and adults. You provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity on your account. Invited clients reach a review link without an account.

You must not upload unlawful or infringing content, try to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupt the service or bypass the limits of your plan.

You own your content and warrant you hold the necessary rights. You grant Revu a limited right to host, display and transmit it to the people you invite, solely to provide the service. The service, brand and code remain the publisher’s property.

You may delete your account at any time in settings; your data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy. Revu may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, with prior notice except in urgent or clearly unlawful cases.

Revu aims for continuous service without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Except for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, the publisher’s liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Keep copies of your original files.

These terms may change; users are told of material changes by email or in the app.
