Terms of sale — business customers

Revu, Micro-entreprise (entrepreneur individuel) — [À COMPLÉTER : nom et prénom de l’entrepreneur individuel], SIRET [À COMPLÉTER : n° SIRET]. These terms apply to Revu subscriptions sold exclusively to business customers (B2B). The customer confirms it acts for professional purposes; consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.

Plans, features and prices excluding tax are those shown on the pricing page when you order. Applicable VAT is added at checkout. The seller may change prices going forward, with notice before the next renewal.

Payment is made online by card through Stripe, in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan. The subscription renews automatically at each term until cancelled. An invoice is available in the app.

The customer may cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no pro-rata refund unless offered as a goodwill gesture.

Late payment triggers penalties at three times the legal interest rate from the day after the due date, plus a fixed €40 recovery fee (French Commercial Code art. L441-10). Access may be suspended for non-payment.

The terms of use apply. The seller’s liability is capped at the amount paid over the last 12 months, except for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
